Pineapple

In December I dehydrated my last pineapple.  They are my favorite.  Last week I found a place where they had Pineapples for 99 cents each.  That is like getting 3 for free.  I bought three boxes...24 pineapples.  Yesterday I cut up one box of them.  It filled up my dehydrator, plus I froze chunks to be put in Food Saver bags.  That way I can deal with them later, or use them in smoothies.  I plan on dehydrating another batch today and tomorrow...because they taste like candy to me.  I will  be making jam and I want to make Cowboy Candy with pineapple in it.  Another thing I want to make is canned crushed pineapple.  It is what I use the most when making jam.  Pineapple plus kiwi, or apricot, or mango.

Now...what to do with the scraps?
