The recipe I used said that the jam NEEDS the fiber, so use the core when you blend it up. I am not sure I like the texture of that. But the flavor is good. As soon as I find a recipe I love I will post it.
Another thing I made recently was Cranberry mustard. I love it! It was excellent on turkey sandwiches. I smeared it thick on sandwiches and gave it away as presents. I just can't stop myself.
