Here you see The Lad and Sis.  For scale, I would like to tell you Sis WAS 6 ft. tall.  At this stage in her life she MIGHT be a little shorter.

The reason I am telling you this is because I was reading The Pioneer Woman and she had a picture of her giving a speech and one of her Punks was messing with her on stage.  It just reminded me of a time when the Lad was about 12...a day when He realized that he was taller than me.  And really strong.

Since we were financially challenged...our Big time out was going to the library. 

Anyone who knows me knows I am a talker.  On this day as in any other day...I am saying my goodbyes, which were taking a little long for an excited Boy.  He was standing behind me when he reached up to hug me from behind.  At that point...his male brain took over.  THAT brain is fueled by 'desire', and his desire was to "get outta there!".  All of a sudden I felt his arm tighten around my neck and shoulders...then Him moving backwards.  Towards the door!  I was so embarrassed that I started laughing.  Bad move on my part.  That is when he started...sort of...dancing around the lobby...dragging me all the time.  So I laughed harder.  I then realized my only way out was to leave.  Which we promptly did.

Once we were in the car I told him he was in so much trouble!!!  His reply was " I thought you liked it...you were laughing."  That is when I said...."There is coming a day when I will be embarrassing you...remember that I owe you a few."
