My peas have blooms! I am so happy! I wonder how long before I have peas? I think it will be soon.
Today I replaced the bedding for my worms. I saved a small portion out so a friend could go fishing, if he wanted to. They are wadding themselves into a ball. They don't like all the motion, or the light. But they will love the new bedding.
This is the bonus from cleaning out my worm bins...the worm compost. There are a lot of worm eggs in it...I'm sure. This will come in handy when I plant my next batch of whatever. It is supposed to be the best fertilizer. The nutrients are already perfect for plants to utilize.
This is a Chinese cabbage. I checked to be sure.
These are the savoy cabbage. They will be big and wrinkled. The cold won't hurt it too bad. I will be needing to find some real good recipes for this kind of cabbage.
Anyway...thanks for touring my garden. I hope it fares better than the beans and cucumbers.
