A few weeks ago I chopped back my tarragon.  Today I see it is coming back.  In a few weeks I can start to pick it again.
Picture
I really like this picture because it shows two of my gardens.
Picture
As you can see here, my cucumbers are taking off.  These are lemon cucumbers because BFF says they are great...and I wanted to try them for myself.
Picture
I also wanted to show you my different colored chard.  These are big enough for me to start cutting and putting in salad.

Here is my kale.  I need to get a lot more in the ground, cause I love it in soups.  AND...it fights off the scurvy, ARRGGHH! (pirate imitation)  We had some Bok choi in our salad tonight.  Yum!

The plant next to it is a tomatillo, or husk tomato.  They are volunteers.  I think they came in the chicken manure Farmer J brought me.

I love husk tomatoes, too.

Lucky me.
Picture
I have green beans and yellow beans getting ready ready to bloom.  That means beans are soon to follow.  I am almost giddy!
Picture
I put some of these in our salad tonight, too.  It makes me so happy to go out in my yard and pick food I grew to feed my family.

I also wanted to say that I had been trying all day to post here.  Something always stopped me for one reason or another.  Technical difficulties.

But...a miracle unfolded.  I had over 3000 hits on here today.  How or why it happened, I can't say.  I am grateful it happened.  I am dumbfounded.  And so very grateful.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by.  Blessings to all.  Come again, soon.

Things are about to get good.

I went out to the garden, just now, and took these pictures just for you.  The next four photos are taken at most of the corners, going clockwise.  This is the Northeast corner.
Picture
The Southeast corner.
Picture
The Southwest corner.
Picture
Then...not quite the Northwest corner.  But you get the point.  I am pretty proud.  It's starting to look like a real garden.
Picture
These are my potatoes.  Yukon gold close up, and russets on the other end.
Picture
This row is mostly beets, and I forget what else.  I am tired.

Plus, I still have more work to do.  As you can see, I need to water.  It was hot here today, and babies need more water.
Picture
Beans and purslane.
Picture
Chards, lettuce, Bok Choi, radishes...and some other stuff.

It won't be long and I will be getting veggies!

I am so excited!
